Developed from junior sailor performing first time quality maintenance to leading petty officer supervising and instructing 35 personnel in maintenance, operations, and professional development. Proven technician in scheduled preventative maintenance and time-critical corrective repairs. My troubleshooting and technical expertise with propulsion throttle control and hydraulic steering control allowed for on-time carrier departures. Repair efforts restored vital boiler equipment to automatic service after four years of limited operation.Served as Work Center Supervisor in charge of scheduling, supervising, and instructing junior technicians in correct work practices to complete routine and corrective maintenance of turbine generators, diesel generators, motor controllers, PLC equipment, AC Motors.
