  I am co-founder and MD of Monaco Projects, a luxury property renovation project-management and interior design company based in Monaco, offering extensive project management and design experience in the Principality and on the Côte d’Azur. In acting for our clients, we ensure quality and maximise value through budget control, selecting only trusted contractors to provide a premium service. In addition, we offer post-renovation client support assistance for ongoing repairs and maintenance, as well as a pre-purchase consultancy service, designing plans and advising purchasers on the feasibility and costs elements of their renovation aspirations. We recently completed the new luxury members' club in Monaco, Club 39, which opened in September 2016. We are currently working on ten luxury projects in Monaco including three penthouses and are looking to expand further with 2 very prestigious jobs starting in the last quarter 2018.
