File notice per district protocol in court having jurisdiction if parent/guardian fails to comply with notice.  Investigate to determine correct address, birth date, parents’ names, school attended, identify any potential cases of missing children.  Use Excel to format and report attendance related reports  Present Attendance Related information at Data Comm meetings  Collect and file documents for audit purposes  Hold teachers responsible for taking attendance and sending notifications when necessary  Perform counts needed for district awareness, affecting staffing for our school Show less
