Proposed design & build of 17-storey Police quarters consisting of 136 units class F quarters complete with facilities and 6-storey carpark podium on Lot 46 and Lot 47, Jalan Suasa 2, Mukim Petaling, Pekan Sungai Besi, Kuala Lumpur for the development of the existing Sungai Besi Police Quarters.  Lead and coordinate the PDP team on site consisting Senior Engineer, Safety Officer, QAQC Engineer and Supervision Consultants.  Monitoring overall scope of works such as Safety Compliance, QAQC & Work Progress.  Lead on daily site coordination discussion with WPC (Work Package Contractor) to identify and assist to schedule of manpower and machinery, Safety & Health also forecast of material and QAQC compliance.  Lead the SHE team on site, ensure compliance of SHE regulation being executed and implemented based on SHOC (Safety and Health Operation Control).  Review and approval of Work Method Statement, Drawing, Design Calculation and Material Submission and temporary work design.  Job scope involved-Post tension slab, System aluminum formwork, transfer slab. Phase 1: 2 block Apartment (298 units) Tower A (30 storey) and Tower B (11 storey) including 5 storey podium parking lot at Jalan Segambut, KL.Project (Verdana North Kiara) (RM 193 million)  Manage and coordination construction of overall site activities including transfer beam and transfer floor.  Coordination and close monitoring progress trade by trade to achieve 6 days cycles of Aluminum Formwork System (MIVAN) and rebar works on every floor. Otherwise, to see what the hindrances are, discuss problems and resolve.  Provide weekly casting forecast and foreseen ahead any issue to resolve including all drawing discrepancies.  Solving technical issue of drawing discrepancies and technical issues on site.  Responsible for approval of temporary works design, i.e. passenger hoist, catch and loading platform, transfer beam heavy duty support system, slope back prop system.  Follow up all NCRs, site memo, issues in minutes meeting by Consultant, address the issues to related Sub con ie; quality, progress and etc. and replies and close all related NCRs, site memo to resolves all the issues immediately.  To ensure safety measure implemented by daily basis as the work progress.
