  I helped with everyday assistance to Crewmembers and Customers. I had an active role with a migration to a brand new TrueBlue program in 2009 and a new reservation system in January 2010. Helping be a part of such a huge change gave me skills that will last a lifetime. JetBlue has earned J.D. Power award 7 years in a row for its renowned service. I am very proud to say I was part of the team that helped earn that award for three of those years. I helped with everyday assistance to Crewmembers and Customers.
