  11 years working experience in Chemical industry Field Technician Control and maintain auxiliary equipment, such as pumps, cooling water fans, compressors condensers, exchangers, filters and strainers. Make adjustments or minor repairs, such as tightening leaking gland and report if got any pinhole or cracked at piping. Open and close valves and switches in sequence upon signals from other workers; in order to start and shut down auxiliary units. Monitor all instruments, pressure gauges, level gauges, values to ensure functionality and accurately. Performed cleaning, drainage when strainers open and pump maintenance. Check remaining liquids by do replacement to ensure safety to contractors when pump removed. Hydrogen Unit Plant (H2) To maintain all electrolyzer running in good conditions. To check wether membrane is leak, lye pump abnormal sound and sensors problems. To check Potassium Hydroxide (KOH) concentration to meet range that is used by each electrolyzer. Sample every each electrolyzer to check concentration and send to lab for analysis. Start up H2 compressor if H2 header suddenly decrease. Check Temperature and water content inside deoxidizer. H2 Dryer Dew Point must in range (- 90 ~ - 100) to maintain operation. Change and cleaning Y strainer at lye pump. Monitor leak at each electrolyzer membrane. Start up and stop electrolyzer, pumps, compressors, dryer, heaters and chillers. Maintain chillers operation for dryer purpose. Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWT) Monitor data acquisitions screen and historical data and have the ability to interpret them. Comply with Department of Evironment (DOE) regulatory permits involving water process plant. Minor repair on pumps motor and general maintenance. Assist laboratory Technician collect and test water and last pit before discharge to sea. Monitor well pH are in range. Monitor condition of Filter press and check size of cake Discharge. Show less
