I met Roy when he was working for Rabobank. I had just started and he was one of the important people you meet when you start a new job. Always helpful and fun, learnt a lot from him. He is a Java expert but I think his main characteristic is his high commitment to deliver prime quality results. He asks the right questions and is able to connect to the problem that needs to be solved. I would for sure work with him again!
