Roger is a talented developer highly skilled in Azure and Microservices architecture. As a Senior Software Engineer, he contributed with full competence in the front end and back end. He was a key player in the new features we built. The biggest quality of Roger is how good his instinct is in communication. He is super humble and patient individual. I admired him in his ability to share his knowledge with his peers and less experienced engineers. Roger is passionate and highly skilled. I'd go to any project with Roger with the knowledge that we would be able to work through problems with genuine and open communication and selfless effort.
