Drive engineering department to perform Kaizen improvemnet on cycle time, manpower optimization to reduce costs and improve profits.• Liaised with customer to resolve material price issue, AOS and mitigate forex losses thru foreign currency selection.• Assist in automation, machinery factory and other auxiliary departments to optimize the process and ensure process stability.
