Roy has been one of the best managers I have ever worked with! He is approachable, understanding and very diplomatic. I truly enjoyed working with him because I knew that I could approach him with my concerns and know that he would consider them thoroughly before answering. I truly appreciated that he was honest and direct instead of beating around the bushes even when things were not ideal. That's why I know that he is one of the most reliable people I have ever worked with. Roy takes his job very seriously and it shows through his actions and his words. It was truly a pleasure to work with him.

I worked both directly and indirectly with Roy over a period of nine years. In that time, he repeatedly demonstrated uncanny ability to weather storms, persevere, and wear many hats despite a wide array of challenges. Roy is first and foremost dedicated to being a service leader and sets an example of attention to client needs that others can easily see and emulate. Second, he is a solid and humble team leader who reads the air consistently well due to long experience in multicultural workplace operations. He has a knack for not stepping on the toes of subordinates and gives team members both space and support to grow without excess interference. Amongst managerial colleagues, he is overtly generous with time and quick to offer operational assistance, and thinks nothing of going above and beyond. Due to his varied and deep experience, Roy is well-versed in both customized individual solutions and programmatic course planning and delivery. On many occasions he has spotted significant issues before they became impediments to operations, and other departments often benefit from his concerns and/or insights. To sum up, any organization seeking model service and operational excellence would be better for having Roy aboard, without exception.
