  To create awareness and conduct career guided sessions about UTAMU's uniquely designed graduate, postgraduate diploma and master’s degree programmes aimed at improving the quality of the organization employees and individuals in Uganda and the region.At UTAMU, we use a Block Release teaching model which coupled with e-learning platform allows students to study without compromising their work obligations. With the help of this model, students use the first three weekends of the semester to get a conceptual introduction to the various modules. They form discussion groups and fully interface with their lecturers. After these three weekends, students are availed all class materials on our e-learning platform and practical assignments that apply to their work environments. This platform is fully equipped and allows a consistent interaction among students and their lecturers. Students return for another three weekends in the middle of the semester, where they have another face-to-face interaction with their lecturers. Exams are done in the last weekend of the semester.
