I have a particular interest in additive manufacturing and have successfully delivered a number of 3D printed products across a number of industries, Oil and Gas, Defence, and Medical.   I established ETeknology Pty Ltd in 2005, providing both products and services to the Oil and Gas industry, predominantly to Woodside but also several other multi-national E&P companies. My role involved identification, design, project management and implementation of Well Services solutions and management, on time and budget to the highest industry ALARP standards with a 100% safety record. My key achievements during this period were; • Instrumental in design and implementation of Australia’s first offshore stimulation vessel conversion for offshore high rate large volume Frac and Pack operations. Involving vessel selection to offshore marine operations, sea trials and high rate fracturing and stimulation operations, utilising ETeknology proprietary Mission Deck™ and tank monitoring systems. • Conceptually designed, project managed and implemented Woodside Energy’s first Hydraulic Workover (HWO) campaign. Rapid build (Onetide), Modular 600K short stroke Hydraulic Work over (HWO) system designed to access all wells on GWA and NRA platforms. I also developed and project managed the construction of the onshore storage, testing and maintenance facility for the HWO. • Developed complex coil tubing and well control solutions and implementation and incident response, fundamental to successful regain of well control. • Lead role in completion, design, and offshore implementation of World’s highest gas production wells, 415mmscf/day. • Inaugural Australian light weight subsea electric line intervention. • Planned, designed and project led complex Pluto well CT clean out and FIV milling operation. Managed pressure drilling system (PFMS) adapted and modified to enable safer and more efficient operations for use on MODU. Show less

  My role involved international and intra-Nigerian travel to liaise with multi-national Oil & Gas clients. I managed a team of 5 rotating expat Engineers and mentored 3 national engineers. Guiding them to apply the correct technologies and equipment for project specific applications. This involved co-ordination of complex multi Modal Logistics and was both extremely challenging and rewarding. A key highlight during my tenure was development of well completion systems to enable efficient in country application of Hydroptics intelligent well completion technology, expandable sand screen (ESS), well abandonments and deployment of fibre optics for both well site intelligence and facility perimeter surveillance. I'm extremely proud to have successfully led the team and designed the first intelligent well completion in the offshore Niger Delta. Show less

  My role entailed the full cycle of Well Completion activity. I provided conceptual well completion detailed design, construction and operation optimisation on a number of significant producing assets both platform and sub-sea, Lambert - Laminaria - Goodwyn - North Rankin. An integral component of this was both writing and reviewing well completion and intervention programmes and procedures. I implemented the design of these completions through coordination of the offshore operations and logistics with all stakeholders. A significant achievement during this time was designing a high-deviation slickline tool string which enabled slickline access at 6km step out and 65-90degrees borehole deviation and hence unparalleled intervention access.
