  • Buying & developing of dilapidated properties in and around London• Works involve measuring and estimating costs, scheduling programmes and supervising sub-contractors.• Most recent property delopment included the purchase of a dilapidated property in North London that I stripped back to brickwork prior to undertaking an extension and full refurbishment. • Other property developments included the purchase, design and construction of a new build three bedroom house.   BUILDING SURVEYOR / VALUATION SURVEYOR:• Undertook mortgage valuations, homebuyer reports and building Surveys for private individuals, high street banks (for example HSBC, Santander and Lloyds) and other lending institutions. I would report using Quest, other proprietary reporting formats and my own bespoke reporting format. I consistently achieved or exceeded the SLA standards required by my clients. PROJECT MANAGER:• Procurement and refurbishment of over 600 residential properties across London and the South East. Property sizes varied from 1 bedroom flats to 4 bedroom houses. Theses contracts were undertaken under a JCT Minor Works Contract.• Mainly on behalf of housing association clients where I would identify street properties for purchase, including providing purchase valuation reports • Project value were in the range of £90 Million. I estimated and managed contract works costs/budgets, prepared the specification of works and contract documents for each property, tendered the works and managed the project on site through to snagging, completion and handover.
