      I traveled across New York State doing safety audits on tree crews. I would go from jobsite to jobsite across the state observing , auditing and coaching crews. I would then write up a report explaining what I observed that day.I also took part in the weekly safety and operations conference call. On this conference call I would explain what I saw and if there were any negative trends to report. This call is for the corporate employees and the feild employees to be on the same page.
