Roxy is one of the most powerful, engaging and caring Sales Account Manager you could ever work with. Thanks to her passion and genuine care for the client (without being too pushy which is often a 'no' from the enterprise customer), I've managed to learn so much about Gartner and eventually persuade our management board to work with them. On a personal level, she has an incredibly strong power to build a deep, long-lasting relationship with the potential prospect, which makes you forgot that you are actually dealing with a salesperson. There is also one excellent marketing trait that I learned from Roxy which I admire the most - she taught me how to understand the target audience pain points and how to target them using the solutions available. Thanks to her perfectly tailored approach to our pain points we have collectively managed to improve the sales cycle process, which helped me to convince the leadership board that Gartner is a solution for us.
