  I represented Bang Bang Oriental, The Arch London, The Club Hotel & Spa, and Michelin starred Bohemia bar and restaurant in Jersey. I was responsible for the PR launch of London's largest Asian food hall - Bang Bang Oriental. The food hall received national and regional newspaper, magazine and online coverage. This included multiple full page to double page spreads in publications such as Time Out, Evening Standard, The Observer, and the Financial Times. The food hall also went viral through websites such as Time Out, Londonist and Secret London.
