Roxie was great to work with. She was a resourceful partner in all the activities we worked at the FEC. Whether we were identifying client needs or resolving training plans of dislocated workers, I could count on Roxie to share ideas and offer her vision for getting the job done. Without reservation, I recommend R. Montgomery and acknowledgment her team collaborative spirit.
