I first noticed Roxhensa during the Vodafone Graduate Program a few years back. I was on the evaluation panel and she was among a dozen graduates who'd been selected for a final round of evaluation before joining the Vodafone Albania team, and she had to give a presentation to the panel. It was during this presentation that I knew it she had to join my team. What struck me about her was that she stayed composed even after she slipped a few times in her presentation, while I'd noticed other people, experienced even, do much worse. Finally she was selected to join our team. First thing I did I assigned her to get one of our new product offering, O365 off the ground. She had no prior experience in it, it was indeed a project too big for any graduate and when I offered it to her I could see her nervousness, yet she uttered no words of rejection. Ultimately, she managed to launch the product successfully exceeding not only her own expectation but that of many of her peers, colleagues and superiors. After that I knew I could have Roxhensa support the department in any capacity as she was a fighter. As a person Roxhensa is always supportive, very friendly and extremely positive. She's a high achiever and is a very strong sense of team player. She'd worry about department wide results and offer support to anyone to the point that people would implore me to have her assigned to their teams. She shows her professionalism in every little detail of the work she does and she is an asset to the company she works for. I'd be happiest if our paths crossed again the future.

Working with Roxhensa is an experience. She is wise beyond her years, smart and fast thinking but what sets her apart is perspective. For every problem, challenge or situation Roxhensa will provide you with two, three different points of view and will explain in simple terms the pro/cons of each. She will bring your attention to the most important aspects and can provide good arguments to support any decision. We worked in different teams but when we were in the same table she managed to stand out. I’m looking forward to be in the same team with her for future opportunities

Roxhensa’s the perfect person to get a group project rolling, but she also knows how to sit back and let others take the lead. Her caring, cheerful nature and personality allow her to work well with others in a team setting, as she always respects others' opinions even when they differ from her own. She is very talented, caring, and intuitive, dedicated, and focused in her pursuits. She is always there to help others.
