Roxanne developed and implemented an effective methodology. Some key attributes that make it stand out from other methodologies I've used are: 1) It is easy to understand and flexible enough to tailor to different sizes and styles of projects, 2) Documentation requirements are appropriate and add value, 3) Includes a comprehensive path for higher risk projects, and 4) The templates are easy to use and incorporate into the project lifecycle. Roxanne also provided facilitation services for project reviews. Her approach is the best I've experienced to-date.
