  I was recruited as a Rent/Utility Case Manager. After a period of time working, I was given an opportunity to work under a ESG fund for Homeless Prevention. I than helped with some rent/utility applications while also doing Homeless Prevention. The program's goal was to help individual/families that were homeless or about to be, to shorten/prevent their period of homelessness. I helped by giving support, funding, and resources to make their unhoused time as short as possible so they can get stabled as soon as possible. When enrolling into the program, I than was in charge of making sure they were making progress to get back on their feet. Show less
