I really can't say enough good things about the value Roxanne brought to our business unit during my time at Capgemini. She got me through years of financial planning and budget cycles, helped me interpret all of our key financial metrics, and provided clear indicators on our progress with our bookings. She was unfailingly polite, informative, and on point with the right answers, in good years and in bad, for over a decade. We operated on the same principal of communicating good news fast and bad news faster, and her guidance was key to the success that we had managing our business. She has extrodinary analytical skills, a great heart, and a keen sense of ethics.
