I had the great pleasure of working with Roxanne at Angoss during which time she was the sales manager, responsible for ensuring her team of sales representatives achieved their sales targets. In this challenging role Roxanne met the demands which appeared effortlessly. Not only did her team consistently achieve their sales targets they often times surpassed what expected. In addition to being a strong sales leader, Roxanne would always go above and beyond her role in working with customers to ensuring further identify opportunities and grow the business. She was one of the most dedicated, diligent and valuable employees. As the marketing manager for the company at the time, I had worked extremely close with Roxanne in developing campaigns, soliciting feedback as well as working to identifying areas of improvement in the lead to sales hand off process. She is resourceful and tactical and a wonderful addition to any team.

Roxanne completed a successful 10+ year at Angoss during which she assumed progressively more senior roles. She moved from sales administrative, through license management and client relationship management roles to her final position as Inside Sales Manager. In this capacity she was responsible for directly managing a small team of inside sales representatives, working collaboratively with our marketing and client service teams as well as regularly interfacing with the senior management team. Despite the many challenges of the business environment, both external and internal, Roxanne was a true team player who remained focused, earned the trust and respect of her colleagues, and worked consistently and diligently to achieve corporate and team goals, while motivating her fellow employees. She was also able to develop strong relationships with our clients that helped contribute to customer retention and business expansion. In addition to successfully performing her direct responsibilities, and delivering consistent revenue growth results, she contributed significantly to the company's culture and social environment. On her own initiative in many cases, and when asked at other times, she organized numerous, successful firm events that were well attended, well received and helpful in developing a stronger team culture. Roxanne is focused, reliable, entrepreneurial and authentic. I am confident she will work well in any team based sales environment.
