I had the pleasure of managing Roxy during my time at isolved, and I saw her completely transform during that time. Her recent experience was in working with net new clients, but she had to take a different approach in her role at isolved working with existing clients. Roxy consistently asked for feedback, as she was and is incredibly motivated to be a top producer. When feedback was given, she quickly applied it and held herself accountable to remaining consistent so each coaching session was on something new, allowing her to continue to build on her knowledge and skills. Not only that, her teammates loved working with her. She spoke up often in team meetings, sharing valuable insight that she had gained through her own experiences. Roxy always remained positive, despite a lot of obstacles being thrown her way. By the time I was moved to manage a different team, Roxy was the highest producer within her segment. Considering her drive, her persistence, her hunger for feedback and ability to quickly apply it, her positivity, and her team contributions, I would absolutely recommend Roxy. Any company would be lucky to have her as an employee!
