Rowan is one of the most promising students I've worked with. He is an "out-of-the-box" thinker, questions the world around him, does not accept conventional methods as standard and is always keen to assess problems for himself. He is an eager student with a pleasant disposition, extremely hard working and incredibly bright. I have no doubt that he will succeed in whatever career path he follows.

Initially focused on gaining contact and exposure to the space of an operational Asset (Wind Farm). In this regard; my responsibilities were to; listen, learn, assimilate, and identify the functional, and non-functional, needs of the Asset. Development in this space covered implicit learning with regards to the process requirements of the Asset, the communication between the core functional groups on site, and to act as an interface to facilitate activities between the core groups. As the role developed, my responsibilities expanded to; acting as an ambassador for the Asset and its stakeholders, analysis and breakdown of site specific proposals and/or contracts, analysis and determination of actual and potential lost production, design and creation of systems for the optimisation of Asset Management Processes, reporting to the Asset Owner and for stakeholder financial settlements, site inductions (of contractors and visitors), technical analysis and support of Asset's contractual obligations, and, verification of the Asset's production and revenue.
