My responsibilities included business development and 'evangelising' online education, leading the conceptual development of courseware design, managing and responding to our data collection, managing our external stakeholder relationships and getting out of the way of my team of talented people! Working with university leaders to conceptualise, design and implement online degrees, often where there was no history of the mode made a practical, relationships-driven approach to change management absolutely necessary. Managing this kind of paradigm shift left me a little bruised and battered along the way, but my experience is richer for it. Significant achievements include: - Designing and developing Southern Cross University's MBA, which has significantly extended their enrolment footprint. - Leading the team which developed Perci - a content management LTI plugin that delivers a contemporary learning experience for students and drives an evidence-based approach to effective online facilitation. - Designed and managed the development of the the AGSM's (UNSW) Finance Specialisation in their MBA-X, the fourth mostly highly rated online MBA in the world. - Working in collaboration with RMIT Online to design and rollout their first five fully online Masters degrees. - Leading the design and development of JCU Online which offers the hugely popular Data Analytics Masters degree. - Helped lead company growth from a single university partner, to eight, making Keypath the fastest growing OPM internationally. - Directed the development and review of 100s of simultaneous unit developments each year.

Melbourne, Australia One of the first four employees of this ambitious start up, my responsibilities were broad... Establish the Learning Design function in consultation with our US counterparts, design local process, develop relationships with Heads of Faculty and Learning and Teaching at our university partners and innovate innovate innovate. Was heaps of fun, super creative and with our unrelenting focus on user experience, we catapulted Keypath into its current position of market dominance.
