Rowan is one of the most driven person I have met. Organised, he knows how to plan and prioritize his daily tasks. With his good punctually, I am convinced that Rowan is an asset to any organisation that hires him.

Ryan Pinto - CHRM

Rowan is a standout talent in his field. I had the pleasure of working with Rowan for 4 years at the Emirates Group, collaborating on several projects together. Rowan's ability to handle multiple HR projects was unlike any I have seen before and made a dramatic increase in the productivity level of the team. No matter how tense a situation, Rowan made sure everyone left with a smile. As a team member or a leader, Rowan earns my highest recommendation.

Preparing for the unthinkable is challenging, but it is an important part of our culture at Emirates. I was a team leader for a program called emcare with immediate response teams on hand. I offered humanitarian support to our passengers effected by any form of crisis including natural disasters, sickness, accidents or other trauma. It’s better to be prepared for something that doesn’t happen, than be unprepared for something that does. We carried out exercises regularly to make sure that we are always ready to support the wellbeing of our passengers and colleagues. Show less
