  Managed and operated an independent cafe in Swansea, Wales. Fully involved in the set up and opening of the cafe, which turned from greasy spoon to one of the best rated cafes in Swansea (Trip Advisor and Swansea Bay Tourism Awards). My role included menu development, product development, stock ordering, cost controls, staff development and training, marketing, overseeing day to day operations.
