Rosy has the invaluable gift of raising the energy and mood in any environment that she participates in, both virtual and face to face. This makes the tackling of complex and critical tasks much easier. She is excellent at actively encouraging the required output from her team members without their realising that they have been gently cajoled into delivering. Her ability to define black and white processes from a grey environment is particularly useful when a company is expanding and evolving. I have seen first hand how Rosy was able to herd cats in various roles and locations, virtually and in real life so that they delivered key critical products on time and to budget. Her team's ability to react quickly and efficiently resulted in their being trusted with essential customer facing projects that made a real difference to the company's success. A natural networker, Rosy also contributed to the wider company in many social and communication related ways.

I had the opportunity to work closely with Rosy on the delivery and rollout of our services to both new and existing clients. Rosy had the ability to understand the wide-ranging personalities across the organisation, adapting her style to gather necessary information, organise projects, and effectively communicate her team's work throughout the business. It was great to see Rosy proactively evolve her team's ways of working by undertaking root cause analysis on bottlenecks, and then using that analysis to design and implementing new process that made her team and the wider company more operationally efficient. QA Specialist — Brought new clients on to our monthly release process whilst creating new processes to ensure a fast and reliable testing environment. Completed QA testing across 15-20 client environments, globally each month. Implementation — Completed new client implementation in HK which consisted of requirements gathering, implementation of market trade flows, using XSL/XSLT to create client confirmations and testing. Moreover, I use our internal functional language to default and validate flows and processes. Pre-Sales Support — Setting up demonstration environments within our product, giving demonstrations to potential clients and requirements gathering. Operations Management — I’ve led the recruitment drive in HK filling roles such as Developer, PM’s, BA’s, System engineers, Pre-sales and management roles doubling our office size within a year. This included headhunting using the likes of LinkedIn and building up PSL’s with contract negotiation. I also conducted technical tests and interviews as well as arranging interviews across varying time zones. As these roles have been filled, I complete staff on-boarding and training for all new recruits. I have also led three office relocation projects, liaising with estate agents, design and construction companies. This included budgeting, time management and negotiating with external parties.
