  I joined ANZ on a 6 month contract as the lead Designer on a project focused on improving the complaints process on ANZ.com with our main KPI being to reduce calls coming into the call centre. As the first deliverable we redesigned the support page which lead to a 20% increase in customers resolution rate, along with a 10% reduction in calls to the call centre. As a team, we followed HCD principles to determine other viable workstreams that would further reduce calls to the call centre. These included setting the correct expectations at the start of the customer complaints journey, as well as increasing the ability for customers to self-serve their issue online instead of calling the call centre to resolve their issue. Halfway through my contract, I was given the opportunity to lead the team working on the Home Page Redesign project due to paternity leave, and I was even able to increase the teams productivity during the limited time I had on the project.

  I started working for Cognativ on my return to Australia. I joined as the Creative Director at the company, and was given the responsibility to create the design processes from scratch.
