I worked with Ross for several years at Credence Systems, where we launched and ramped two major product lines that became foundations for the company’s revenue stream. Ross is a consummate networker, maintaining a wide range of relationships across the semiconductor industry and staying abreast of the latest trends and inflection points. One of his greatest strengths is his energy and personal charisma—customers, vendors and partners genuinely enjoy working with him and see him as a trusted partner. At the same time, he maintains detailed and in depth technical knowledge of the industry, and is not afraid to dive deep to solve a problem or understand a customer need. He is able to work at the highest levels within his company to make things happen, while being an effective leader for his team. In my role as CFO, I had the pleasure to work alongside Ross on the executive team at MVTS Technologies, LLC for several years. Ross showed tremendous flexibility in various key positions integral to the growth of the Company, including VP Business Development and VP Marketing. His in-depth knowledge of all aspects of the semiconductor industry was clearly evident to anyone fortunate enough to be in the audience for one of his management presentations, at which Ross excelled. Ross was also on the front lines, the face of the Company in his capacity of executing many successful transactions of hardware sales in the legacy market, putting customers first and delivering end to end solutions that generated repeat business. Most importantly, Ross has such a positive attitude and demeanor that even in challenging situations, he not only sets a high bar for himself but he really motivates and lifts others around him to do better. He is easy to work with, understands and contributes to all aspects of the value chain and his enthusiasm is infectious. I'd enjoy the opportunity to work with Ross again on any project.
