James is an extremely capable and enthusiastic guy. I hired him as a grad and in his time he flourished in the agency environment. He got to grips with the gritty parts of the job and thrived on the data to produce great work for us and our clients. He went out of his day job in order to get better and understand more in these areas which is pretty hard to come by. Determined and challenging (in a good way) individual, he pushes those around him to do better.
