We hired Ross to work on a large project with many moving parts. He was able to jump right in and become a leader, contributor and SME for the project. His joyful personality, his ability to work independently and his drive to learn made him a great colleague. I hope to work with Ross again someday. I worked with Ross on an Apttus CPQ Salesforce implementation project at Tableau. He supported the Data Migration Sprint Team’s initiatives as the team’s admin. During our work together we collaborated on several cross-functional issues that arose. Ross assisted with technical issues, guiding colleagues utilizing best practices and supported QA as well as Dev members of the team. He was able to complete Sprint work effectively and was on top of any issues that arose, ensuring that his team was unblocked.
