During this time, I compiled extensive research and feasibility reports on sectors such as the competition apparent in the various countries, the economic climates in the various countries targeted, the political situation in the countries targeted, and the barriers to market entry in the countries identified. Extensive documentation and correspondence was continuously forwarded on to the parent company in Texas through conference calls, site visitations and online interface and in 2007 Crushers International made its first sale to a company in Zambia to the value of US$8 million. Since 2007 I have been involved in the overall running of the African entity, with core strategic focus being on continuous market development/penetration, relationship management with current clients and partners, International Marketing/advertising budgeting and management, export/import management and general management of the entire process in Africa.
