Recommended an alternative construction method for the road rehabilitation of Arkendo Drive to the Project Leader that was ultimately included into the contract and saved over $10 000 in time and materials, as well as improved the aesthetics of resident driveways. Negotiated monthly project payments with contractors and saved significant costs by reviewing construction, identifying deficiencies, and enforcing contract specifications and penalties. Ability to direct construction crews with authority and resolve disputes from both contractors and residents in a professional manner. Actively assisted Project Leaders with additional work including the preparation of project drawings using AutoCAD to be included in the contract. Mentored and assigned duties to new students while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
