  Epicor is one of the world's leading providers of ERP solutions to medium sized business, with a turnover of $500,000,000 per annum. Within Epicor, I was in charge of support, development specification and projects pertaining to internal enterprise applications for the EMEA and APAC regions. The position I held required an in depth knowledge of Epicor software (EBO & E4SE) and partner application Doc-Link, as well as strong SQL skills in order to support these packages. Additionally, the role required a large degree of project management to ensure adhesion is maintained on continuous new implementations and system development. I also have a good working knowledge of the Epicor 9 platform and support thereof. I reported directly to the US head of internal applications and I did not have any form of UK based management, so aside from a weekly conference call, I worked from my own initiative and was highly been successful in all areas of the role, with the following achievements to date: Implementation and developer training of FRX 6.7 financial analytics programme (ANZ / UK) Revision of deferred revenue accounting system and process (ANZ / UK) Configuration and roll out of a new improved DB server for core applications (ANZ) Improvement of internal process documentation Improvement in turnaround of fault resolution on all internal system areas Implementation of several custom system elements Compilation of new company databases for financials within strict timescales Successful management of additional workload brought about by staff restructure, requiring me to support an additional region with a vastly increased number of system users Support of global internal systems after a dramatic staff shake up Show less
