  TimeFiler is a purpose-built web and mobile app SaaS product for employees and their managers to manage rosters, leave, time and attendance tightly integrated to related products including Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Accounting and ERP. TimeFiler is designed for ease of use and is highly configurable to meet specific and unique business requirements to help solve requirements for companies with a level of complexity in this process due to a distributed workforce, complex payment and award interpretation, roster requirements, labour costing or invoiced time calculation complexity. TimeFiler saves time by correcting errors in real-time as employees or managers complete a form (such as a timesheet) and showing what they will be paid and/or how their time will be billed. TimeFiler is a highly secure and available website, with an A or better rating with independent security services such as ssllabs.com. We store data only in New Zealand and Australia, using New Zealand and Australian hosting providers. We look after employee data for over 100,000 people throughout New Zealand and Australia across more than 800 employers. A typical client has 200-1,000 employees, with the smallest company having 5 employees and the largest over 4,000. We take our duty of care very seriously. Multiple timesheet designs and layouts can be created per company (per employee group), configurable award interpretation including roster, leave and timesheet real-time warnings ensures timely and accurate data entry. Designed as an open system with integrated web services, TimeFiler can integrate with third-party software providers (Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Accounting, ERP, Project Management) to ensure effective systems management.
