I worked for and with Ross for a few years and I can recommend him highly. Ross really knows the ins and out of the credit and leasing market, he has many contacts and gave me excellent advise which allowed me get many contracts approved that otherwise would have been rejected. Ross worked long hours but he always took the time to educate all of us on financing, what was needed to get approvals and went the extra mile to help all of the sales staff.
