  *Responsible for the production and consistency/quality of the stainless steel product. *Manage all phases of production testing beginning at the raw material stage and ending with the final product. *Measure, analyze, and test steel for conformity and superior quality demanded by the standards of the company. *Manage statistical process controls beginning prior to the producction of the project and continued throughout the process and again upon completion. * Manage, supervise, and motivate a shift of more than 35 employees. * Effectively communicate and delegate responsibilities to shift employees in order to maintain goals set by upper management for shift employees. *Manage and determine necessary maintenance and shut-down schedules for all equipment and processes in order to maintain equipment and production levels. *Manage employees and maintain company and OSHA safety regulations, resulting in a zero accident record. *Maintains clean and orderly work stations and surroundings to ensure the safety of employees and proper equipment safety and maintenance. *Conducts problem solving and problem resolution to ensure the efficiency of production. *Ability to adapt and learn new procedure quickly and efficiently. *Excellent verbal and written documentation skills. *Successfully manages and supports multiple simultaneous projects at once, ensuring the timeliness and quality of all projects. *Manages productions costs by planning, analyzing, and strategizing production and labor schedules.
