Ross is a pleasure to work with and a fantastic engineer. We worked together on a chart plotter project for 18 months. I found Ross to be an excellent mentor and team leader as well as a creative and determined developer with an eye for detail and a wealth of C/C++ experience.

I have worked with Ross over the past couple of years on the SoC validation/FT2 projects. I've really enjoyed working with him; Ross has a very positive motivating attitude towards the projects and has on many occasions helped me prove the stability of FPGA releases by generating custom use case tests and stress tests. I would happily recommend Ross and hopefully works with him again in the future.

During the period between April 2000 and October 2006, I mainly worked on optical storage datapaths. This required a broad range of skills from OOAD, C++, RTOS and debugging. I also lead a small team working on a derivative product. During the period between April 2000 and October 2006, I mainly worked on optical storage datapaths. As a project engineer, I was involved in requirements capture, implementation (High level block based strategies), testing and commissioning. I found the customer site visits very rewarding and enjoyed my time as part of a team commissioning the large control systems.
