Created project proforma, and completed various sensitivity analysis for new land acquisition opportunities. Managed and assisted multiple project teams consisting of land planners, civil engineers, and marketing consultants to create the underwriting assumptions used in the project proforma. Managed the production of all project due diligence books that were then presented to StanPac's Corporate Investment Committee.
