Ross Kennedy is an absolute joy to make games with and many people would jump at the chance to do so. I've worked with Ross for over two years on several high intensity, high profile projects such as Heavenstrike Rivals, Fantastic Beasts, Fable Fortune and New Yahtzee with Buddies, during which time he showed a great understanding of the game development process and a keen eye for the design and writing in the products we were creating. Over the years I've seen him deal with huge-scale content management as well as maintain aggressive LiveOps environments/schedules in games with millions of players among more creative duties such as scripting animations/vfx for branded characters and writing flavor text. In all these duties Ross has been dedicated, hardworking and constantly improving, always striving to ensure he maintains the highest quality of work that he can. Aside from this he also gets very involved in company culture, taking interest in and sometimes organizing after work events and clubs. He's incredibly friendly, warm and easy to work with and has a genuine desire to make sure he helps create a safe working environment for everyone, a must in any company culture! It was my great privilege to work with Ross, and I genuinely hope I get to again one day.

I was primarily tasked with engaging with assigned clients (typically aged 8 to 21) who fall on various parts of the autism spectrum, to both a severe and minor degree. The engagement entailed encouraging social interaction and play with other clients as well as the staff, in a safe and secure environment. I was tasked with leading group play and activities, managing other staff and clients, managing and delegating roles where appropriate in order to achieve it.
