      Employed by Netsurit; 01-12-2014 – 01-01-2016 Role: Support Engineer (outsourced) Duties varied across clients; Ster Kinekor Theatres: Service-desk\Helpdesk support. More specifically I was part of a 2-man team supporting the entirety of Pretoria. Similar duties as compared to Ster Kinekor, however more “hands on”. Nespresso South Africa: IT Manager I took over the role of IT manager when the in-house specialist departed employ. Duties included broad spectrum server administration and desktop support. Here I gained most of my experience in the enterprise server environment. TBWA South Africa: Support Team – OSX\Unix Support As part of a team I was placed underneath an exceptionally skilled technician in order to broaden my knowledge of unix (linux & OSX) desktop & server administration.
