At Absoft I have gained a wealth of experience across many different types of projects - from upgrades and migrations to feature enhancements and advisory roles. This is across a range industry sectors from Oil and Gas and Local Government to transport and manufacturing, from SME’s to Large Enterprises. In recent years I’ve been assisting moving clients to cloud platforms, and have specialised in Microsoft Azure. To assist clients make the most of their SAP estate and to ensure a well maintained and supported landscape, I work with customers to roadmap their SAP journey for the years ahead. I’ve performed SAP upgrades across a range of SAP products, including ERP, BW, SRM etc. Consulting across a broad range of clients means I have an in depth experience support many databases platforms, including: SAP HANA, Oracle, SQL Server, Sybase and MaxDB. I am proficient in Windows and Linux/Unix based environments, and even have experience of IBM iSeries. I’ve managed projects and am a registered PRINCE2 practitioner. I actively engage in pre-sales, working with clients and prospective clients to scope and estimate and propose projects. As well as technical expertise, I also provide functional expertise in analytics products, such as SAP BW and Business Objects, as well as SAP BPC (Business Planning and Consolidation). I contribute to the team spirit, making sure knowledge is shared, and actively mentor more junior members and and have been assisted in the recruitment process interviewing for the technical team at Absoft.
