The Digital Switch over help scheme was a BBC run operation to ensure support to vulnerable members of the country during the BBC digital switch-over. I acted as a Digital Advocate, through Circles Network, to offer face to face advice. Whether through pre-arranged drop-in sessions at local spots or through networking we offered help to those at risk of being left behind during the switch from analogue to digital television. My responsibilities at BeValued were to maintain a team of 20+ electrical specialists from an insurance replacement stance. I acted as the main referral point on anything relating to my team. Daily workload included team motivation and ensuring compliance and adherence to service level agreements, resolving complaints, training and development, monthly audits, monthly 121’s and leasing with management and suppliers. The team itself was a pilot that i headed up and went on to become the flagship model for other specialist validation teams within the company. Show less
