I was fortunate enough to have worked for Ross for close to 5 years. Ross demonstrates all the skills one could expect from a Director or VP, and then some. His personnel skills are incredible. He manages the person, not the position. He listens, he teaches, and he honestly cares about his employees. His project management skills are on par with any senior portfolio manager. He is detail oriented and customer driven. His technical skills are incredible, as are his troubleshooting and technical problem solving skills. He is innovative. He is the one people go to when there is an idea but nothing else, and he consistently produces solid, workable results. He can communicate technical subjects that care comprehendible at any level. Ross is one of the people you hope to work for.

I had the distinct honor and privilege to work for Ross. He is the sort of person that will always have your back and never lead you astray. His is loyal to a fault when it comes to his direct reports, he is fare in his leadership, and leads by example.
