Owner / Salon Manager
-
1994 - 2007
I owned and managed a large hairdressing and beauty salon for thirteen years. The salon grew to become one of the largest salons of over 100 salons in the region. The staff turnover was exceptionally low with most staff members becoming long term employees. It was a very busy environment but operated calmly and in control at all times.
