Study Group enrolled over 60,000 students from 150 countries in 2017. Responsibilities: Maintained industry partnerships across Australia for the purpose of vocational placement. Designed the process to link students with industry and I managed the vocational placement for all faculties. Managed the weekly reporting and monitoring student’s vocational placement and liaised with stakeholders in the college and the broader business. Negotiated and maintained memorandum of understanding and contractual compliance requirements for the delivery of programs ensuring the National Vet Regulator Standard are met. Managed the reporting of Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) with faculty and program managers. Investigated alternative providers for transitioning students in courses that are being taught out. Provided outstanding support for students and employers in conflict management. Coached and mentored students assisting them in completing learning plans through phone contact, emails and face to face on a daily bases.

The Brisbane based college specialises in the training and delivery of nationally recognised hairdressing qualifications. These include Certificates II and III in hairdressing, Diploma of Management, Certificate III in Barbering plus a host of additional hairdressing and apprenticeship programs catering for school, college, community, mature age and international students. Responsibilities: Development of learning and assessment materials. Delivery of all units of competency in accordance to the training package. Adaption of lessons to assist students learning needs to ensure employability.   I owned and managed a large hairdressing and beauty salon for thirteen years. The salon grew to become one of the largest salons of over 100 salons in the region.
