As a project coordinator and manager in the ELITAZ team I have worked on, managed, and brought together some of the biggest TV shows, awards ceremonies, charity concerts, festivals and private corporate events for the biggest companies in Lithuania. My biggest challenges and greatest rewards come from the summer of 2019 when I played a pivotal role in coordinating and bringing together 3 The Voice projects simultaneously: the 1st season of The Voice of Lithuania Seniours, 2nd season of The Voice of Lithuania Children, and the 7th season of The Voice of Lithuania. I was responsible for keeping the whole project organized and running smoothly from bringing together the team to organizing every single person involved in delivering the event to budgeting and even sales to partners.
