Dec 2014 - Apr 2015
Over the winter I worked as a Chalet Hostess in the family friendly resort of Les Gets, France. Key responsibilities involved serving breakfast and dinner each day, as well as providing a drinks service in the evening. Further to this as part of a small team we were responsible for the cleaning of all rooms, helping the chef with any food preparation he required assistance with and some childcare. During my final year at Strathclyde University I worked along side a team of students encouraging and supporting prospective students. This involved giving presentations at Schools and University Open Days. The team was also available to answer questions and make the prospective students feel welcome on interview days.
