Role based on site in Amsterdam for a newly formed company specialising in the construction and fit out of switches and technical rooms as well as the associated office facilities. First year turnover was in excess of £12 million over two contracts, in Holland and Belgium. Company formation including liaison with specialist finance and taxation consultants in order to ensure the optimum environment for a Jersey based company operating on an International basis. Initial submissions to clients, contract negotiations and preparation of project costings, programmes, cash flows, critical path analyses, staff details and assessment of possible contractors.
