I mentored Rosie while she was at the NHS Confederation and she was a joy to work with. She was always enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop in her role. She was organised for our sessions and gave real thought to what she wanted to work on to progress during and beyond her time with us. I am sure that she brought as much to our organisation as she gained personally from her internship. It was great to work with Rosie at the start of her career and I know she will go far! :-)
